Students come to school carrying more than backpacks. Family instability, trauma, poverty, and unmet mental health needs all follow them into the classroom. School social workers are often the first line of support, connecting students and families to the resources and interventions that make learning possible.
For over 15 years, eLuma has been connecting credentialed school social workers with more than 500 school districts nationwide.
We match your skills and availability to districts working hard to close support gaps, so you can serve students who need you without the limitations of a traditional school-based role.
If you are ready to make a meaningful difference on your own terms, we want to hear from you.
