Opportunity
eLuma is looking for a Special Education Teacher to work virtually with a Tennessee school district for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This is a part-time role.
What You Will Need
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field

Active state teaching certification in Special Education for the state of service
-
Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance
-
Experience providing instruction and/or case management for students with disabilities
-
Strong computer and technical skills
-
Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and webcam capable of supporting virtual instruction
Preferred Qualifications

Previous teaching experience
-
1+ year of experience in a school-based special education setting
-
Familiarity with IEP platforms (e.g., Frontline, PowerSchool, SEIS, etc.)

Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
