    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Deliver specialized, virtual instruction to K-12 students with disabilities in alignment with their IEPs
    • Implement and adapt evidence-based instructional strategies for diverse learning profiles
    • Provide case management and support the facilitation of IEPs
    • Develop, monitor, and update IEP goals in collaboration with the school-based team
    • Track student progress toward academic, behavioral, and functional goals and adjust instruction accordingly
    • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
    • Complete required IEP documentation, progress reports, and case management tasks within district timelines
    • Participate in IEP meetings and student support team discussions 

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    Required:

    • Active state teaching license with a special education endorsement (at least one state; see cross-licensing benefit below)
    • Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s degree preferred
    • Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance
    • Minimum one year of classroom-based special education experience
    • Availability Monday through Friday during standard school hours (schedule coordinated with the assigned district)

    Preferred, or a Plus:

    • Experience with specific disability categories such as autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, or learning disabilities
    • Familiarity with IEP platforms (e.g., Frontline, PowerSchool, Illuminate)
    • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
    • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and other languages welcome)

     What you will need:

     What you will need:

    • Master’s Degree in School Psychology
    • Active state licensure where residing and where performing teletherapy services
    • Computer and technical skills
    • Reliable Wi-Fi/Internet Access including a computer with a webcam

    Preferred:

    • Teletherapy experience

    eLuma is looking for Speech Pathologists to work remotely with South Dakota school districts for 26-27 school year.  

    This is a full-time opportunity from 37.5 hours per week. 

     

     What you will need:

    • Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active state licensure where residing and where performing teletherapy services
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
    • Computer and technical skills
    • Reliable Wi-Fi/Internet Access including a computer with a webcam

    Preferred:

    • Teletherapy experience
    • 1+ years experience working in schools
    • (Optional) Insert specification preferences from the school (certification, IEP system, etc…)
